This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control /li liManage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews /li liCommunicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities /li liDocument a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided /li liManage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects /li liCommunicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues /li /ul h3Additional Responsibilities /h3 ul liCommunicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety /li liManage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly /li liCoach and train restoration technicians /li /ul h3Position Requirements /h3 ul liValid driver’s license /li liHigh school diploma/GED (preferred) /li liAt least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction /li liIICRC certification a plus, not required /li /ul h3Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies /h3 ul liAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance /li liAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
