The ideal candidate had solid experience in payroll operations in Italy and is passionate about identifying new ways to improve processes through digital tools, automation, AI-powered solutions, and data-driven decision-making. /ppThis role will be working closely with Technology and Compliance teams to enhance efficiency, reduce manual tasks, improve accuracy, and deliver exceptional experience to our clients. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage and support end-to-end payroll processes. /liliIdentify opportunities to streamline and optimize payroll workflows. /liliExplore and implement AI-powered solutions to improve payroll delivery. /liliAnalyze payroll processes and recommend automation initiatives. /liliLeverage AI tools to enhance data validation, reporting, documentation, and process efficiency.
