Scope and Purpose: Monitor performance of the existing transactional products and services of Intesa Sanpaolo Group banks, with focus on commercial and profitability monitoring
Propose product changes and commercial remediation actions to improve the performance, follow implementation and results
Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation
Analyse Banks' proposals and co-design, co-develop and monitor transactional products and channels in all phases of its lifecycle for banks in Intesa Sanpaolo Group




Lead and coordinate implementation of transactional products and functionalities in mobile applications, including cards, payments, wallet features and related digital services
Support development and enhancement of digital payment experiences, including wallet-related functionalities, tokenized card usage and other innovative transactional solutions
Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on business impact and customer value
Support rollout across markets and ensure consistency of product experience across channels
Analyse and apply marketing analysis & data (e.g., customer research, market analysis, competitor analysis) to product development, recognize opportunities and apply best practices to product development
Liaise with respective functions in Intesa Sanpaolo Italy, co-sharing and managing joint initiatives in product development and management
Manage relationships with suppliers, payment networks, processors and digital solution partners, leadin
