In this role you will contribute to Alvarez & Marsal’s expanding Rome Transaction Advisory team by leading and delivering focused TA projects for UK and pan-European clients. You will work closely with Managing Directors, assist with financial due diligence, and identify key risks while broadening your industry exposure. You will also mentor colleagues and develop your professional network through cross-service line collaboration and external marketing events. - Engage and lead TA projects with cross-functional teams
- Deliver focused transaction advisory work for private equity and corporate clients
- Evaluate transactions in the context of client investment strategy




- Assist with financial due diligence and identify risks against benchmarks
- Gain broad industry exposure with large-cap and mid-cap PE houses
- Expand commercial aspects of financial analysis and valuation drivers
- Collaborate with operational/commercial professionals in project teams
- Help develop junior colleagues through training and mentorship
- Qualified accountant and/or exceptional academic record
- Senior level experience in Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence
- Experience across Private Equity and/or blue-chip corporates
- Trained at a Big 4 firm or established TAS practice
- Fluent business English and Italian; additional European languages desirable
