The role involves optimizing Google Workspace tools, managing user accounts, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. Responsibilities include training end-users and troubleshooting technical issues to enhance productivity. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and configure Google Workspace accounts, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Meet for internal teams. • Provide Tier 2 technical support for Google Workspace-related issues, escalating complex problems as needed. • Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on Google Workspace functionality and best practices. • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize Google Workspace workflows. • Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce compliance and security policies within Google Workspace. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proficiency in Google Workspace administration,
