Based in Lugagnano Val d'Arda, Italy, you will drive innovation and technical excellence across New Product Development (NPD), New Technology Development (NTD), configuration management, sustaining engineering, and customer-focused projects. Working closely with global, cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and support long-term business growth. Provide technical leadership for programs and projects, serving as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders.
Translate customer, market, and business needs into system requirements, architectures, and structured engineering plans.
Lead model-based systems engineering activities, including concept development, architecture evaluation, and solution selection aligned with product strategy.




Coordinate and guide cross-functional engineering teams to achieve project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
Oversee systems architecture, interface management, requirements allocation, verification, and validation activities across all phases of product development.
Ensure compliance with engineering processes, technical review requirements, applicable standards, and regulatory expectations.
Communicate project status, technical decisions, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and project stakeholders.
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, procurement teams, and internal partners to evaluate technical solutions and support business objectives.
