Overview
In this role you drive Salewa's PR and communications to boost visibility across outdoor, sport, lifestyle and digital media. You'll craft compelling stories, build media and partner relationships, and spot opportunities to amplify the brand. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Product, Digital and regional teams on launches, campaigns, athletes and events. This is a proactive, entrepreneurial role that shapes conversations around mountain culture and product innovation with a clear business impact.

Responsabilità
- Develop and execute global PR and communications strategies aligned with brand and business priorities
- Identify opportunities to increase visibility across outdoor, sport, lifestyle, fashion and digital media
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, creators, athletes and partners
- Create storytelling angles around products, innovation, mountain culture,



sustainability and design
- Lead seasonal PR activities (launches, press releases, media kits, seeding, storytelling, campaign amplification)
- Create and activate new PR formats, partnerships, events and community experiences
- Coordinate paid, earned and owned media opportunities with Marketing and regional teams
- Monitor trends and emerging platforms, translating insights into opportunities
- Collaborate with regional Marketing and PR agencies to deliver global priorities locally
- Monitor PR performance and provide insights to improve activities

Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years of experience in PR, Communications, Brand Marketing or Media Relations
- Strong understanding of media landscape across outdoor, sport, lifestyle, fashion and digital media
- Proven experience working with PR agencies, journalists, editors, creators, athletes and external partners
