What You'll Be Doing
Lead the design, development, and enhancement of IAM/IGA-related applications and services using C# and. NET. Take technical ownership of solutions and drive architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, performance, and security. Design and implement REST APIs, integrations, microservices, and service-oriented architectures.



Analyze complex technical and integration requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable solutions.
Conduct and facilitate code reviews, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, and secure development principles. Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, and customer stakeholders to define and deliver effective technical solutions. Drive knowledge transfer and transition activities, capturing technical know-how, architecture, operational procedures, and development practices from existing teams and partners.
Build and maintain technical documentation to ensure sustainable knowledge retention within the team. Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, supporting their technical development and contributing to the growth of the engineering team.
