Responsabilità
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for complex district accounts (South Italy) to drive growth and profitability
- Build trusted senior-level partnerships with key accounts and align solutions with customer objectives
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, services, and supply chain to deliver tailored solutions
- Manage high-value negotiations and secure strategic agreements
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with business processes,

Requisiti fondamentali
- Master or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years in a sales or account management role within Healthcare or Medical Devices, preferably Healthcare Informatics solutions (RIS-PACS-LIS-HIS)
- Ability to independently manage local accounts and coordinate actions to achieve results
- Solid expertise in marketing and sales strategies
- Strong knowledge of logistics and process management
- Basic financial understanding
- Experience negotiating with customers aligning with guidelines and sales plans
