Overview
In this role you will help keep production equipment, facilities, and infrastructure running safely and efficiently. You will collaborate with the Service & Facility Manager to improve equipment reliability and support business performance in a dynamic manufacturing setting. You will work on maintenance planning, failure data analysis, and spare parts management to drive continuous improvements. Responsabilità
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities across production equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure
- Analyze equipment failure data and maintenance performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Investigate recurring equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability




- Monitor key maintenance and operational KPIs to support continuous improvement
- Manage and review spare parts inventory levels to ensure availability and reduce obsolete stock

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, engineering, or a similar industrial environment
- Ability to analyze data, solve technical problems, and translate insights into practical actions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach
- Professional fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
