Location: Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa, Maldives – Drive Service Excellence in a Luxury Island Destination. Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager for a two-month contract assignment to elevate service standards and enhance operational excellence across our luxury resort.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess training needs across operational departments and develop targeted learning initiatives.

- Design and deliver practical training programs focused on luxury hospitality service standards.

- Conduct classroom sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching.

- Provide specialized training in fine dining service, wine and beverage knowledge, service sequencing, guest engagement, butler service, front office operations, and housekeeping standards.

- Develop seasonal training plans and tailor learning content to operational requirements.

- Work closely with department heads to ensure training objectives align with business needs.

- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.





Requirements

-

- Proven experience in Learning & Development within a five-star luxury resort environment.

- Excellent facilitation, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programs covering fine dining etiquette, wine and beverage knowledge, service sequencing, and guest interaction protocols.

- Strong knowledge of butler service standards and front office operations.

- Solid understanding of luxury housekeeping standards and best practices.

- Ability to create and deliver training content based on seasonal operational demands.

- Hands-on approach with a strong ability to provide effective on-the-job training and coaching.

- Willingness to live and work in a remote island environment. xysqume
