Overview

In this role you support Fortinet’s channel partners and drive regional sales growth in Italy. You will engage with partners, qualify opportunities, and help move deals through quotes, renewals, and product information. You’ll maintain CRM records, participate in product learning, and contribute to partner-focused campaigns. This position blends sales and alliance-building in a hybrid work setting within an international team.

Responsabilità

- Collaborate with channel partners to support sales initiatives and relationships
- Follow up on leads and assist in qualifying potential opportunities
- Prepare sales quotes, renewals, and product information for customers and partners
- Organize calls, demos, and meetings with customers




- Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM (Salesforce)
- Participate in ongoing product training and development
- Contribute to basic marketing campaigns and partner initiatives

Requisiti fondamentali

- Strong verbal and written communication in Italian and English
- Comfortable in hybrid in-office and remote settings
- Organized, proactive, able to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, email tools, and standard computer systems
- Positive, curious mindset and willingness to learn
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or lead generation is a plus but not essential
- Interest in technology and/or cybersecurity
