line and site certifications are completed on timebr• Ensure a proactive and eôective handover of the project to the operational teambrincluding the final Manufacturing dossier. Requirementsbr• Previous experience in running manufacturing Projects (e.g. Product specialist,brProcess engineer, Application group…)br• Developed ability to maintain a safe working environment through properbrhousekeeping (5 S) with safety practicesbr• Good knowledge of how training and coach peoplebr• Developed ability to ensure working relationships are harmonious and are focused on achieving common objectives.br• Developed ability to elaborate trade-oô for optimal choices.br• 3-5 years of experience in successful Production leadership, as Production manager or line supervisorbr• Approximately 3-5 years of experience as factory pillar leaderbr• University Degree in Engineeringbr• Fluency in English is required.
