We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Licensing Specialist to join our team. Puckator is an international giftware wholesaler focusing on delivering our customers' expectations as a leading importer, with offices and showrooms in the UK, Sheffield and Cornwall, as well as Spain, Italy, France and China. In this role, you will be responsible the administration and coordination of licensing activities. You will help ensure all licensing agreements, renewals, product approvals, and compliance requirements are managed accurately and on time. **Key responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day licensing administration for our giftware ranges.
- Maintain accurate records of agreements, renewals, deadlines, and approvals.
- Review licensing terms to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Liaise with internal teams, licensors, agents, and external partners.
- Prepare and update licensing documentation and reports.
- Monitor key dates for renewals, submissions, and payments.
- Support the coordination of licensed product approvals.
- Identify and escalate any risks, discrepancies, or compliance issues.
- Keep organised records of licensed products and related files.
- Support audits and internal reporting as required. **Hours of work** Permanent, 20 hours a week, mornings, Monday to Friday,



Start and finish times to be agreed at interview. **About you**
- Previous experience in licensing, rights management, contracts administration, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Confident communicator with good relationship-building skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Comfortable handling confidential and commercially sensitive information.
- Knowledge of intellectual property, licensing agreements, or product compliance would be an advantage. **What we offer**
