Overview

As an Experienced Cyber Security Operations consultant, you join the Security Operations team in Milan/Rome to help clients protect, monitor, and respond to cyber threats. You will work with cross-functional teams to design and optimize security operations, manage threat detection tools, and assist in incident handling and remediation. The role blends advisory duties with hands-on security engineering, offering exposure to SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and SOAR. You’ll contribute to a global leadership-driven security program and impact clients’ security posture.

Responsabilità

- SOC/CERT and Cyber Threat Hunting: analyse and design processes and technology solutions for security operations and incident management, monitoring, and threat hunting
- Manage deployment, configuration and use of security technologies such as SIEM,



EDR, IDS/IPS and SOAR
- Incident handling and support to clients during mitigation and remediation processes

Requisiti fondamentali

- 2-6 years of experience, preferably in consulting
- Strong cyber security skills in SOC/CERT and threat hunting
- Good knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, EDR and cyber defence
- Good knowledge of system administration: Microsoft Active Directory, routers, firewalls, switches, balancers, WAF, IPS
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking
- Strong teamwork skills
