Responsabilità
- Lead a distributed team of 7+ engineers for B2C products (website and mobile apps)
- Own day-to-day execution, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards
- Optimize team processes to balance velocity with excellence
- Co-own roadmaps with product and design
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver large-scale initiatives and manage dependencies




- Participate in the overall tech strategy and B2C Tribe management with peers
- Ensure the team is motivated, aligned, and heard within the wider organization
- Hire, mentor, and conduct performance and compensation reviews
- Leverage AI to accelerate development, improve code quality, and automate repetitive tasks

Requisiti fondamentali
- Coached and mentored 5+ people teams (including senior engineers) for at least 3 years
- Experience leading a high-performing technical team in a distributed environment
- Self-motivated, curious, and passionate engineer
- Strong grasp of system design and modern architecture patterns
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, Node. xkiyazw js, GraphQL, Kotlin/Swift, and RabbitMQ
- Exposure to various Agile methodologies and ability to apply them effectively
- Quality-first mentality with high standards for the team; mentoring and upskilling
- Strong product acumen and understanding of product principles
- Experience with dev tools and AI workflows; openness to adopting new technologies
