About the role We’re looking for a versatile, well-organised, and execution-driven team member to join our Italian team as an Administrative Specialist. In this hybrid role, you’ll be a key player in keeping our local operations running smoothly, supporting benefits, payroll, admin, supplier management, and office life across our hubs in Milan, Rome, Naples, and Palermo. What you'll do Office & Facilities Management Oversee daily operations of offices in Milan, Rome, Naples, and Palermo Liaise with landlords, property managers, and external vendors Coordinate maintenance, repairs,
