Gucci is part of the global luxury group Kering, which manages renowned Houses in fashion, leather goods, jewelry, and eyewear.Job DescriptionThe Financial Controlling Specialist will be part of the Southern Europe Controlling Team, playing a key role in financial controlling, planning, and internal control activities across the region’s retail entities. The role involves close collaboration with Regional Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams.Key AccountabilitiesManage month-end closing activities and prepare reporting packages for the Divisional Finance DepartmentSupport the budgeting and forecasting processes, including data submission, variance analysis, and commentaryMonitor and control CapEx investmentsPrepare monthly P&L; reporting for retail entities and perform variance analysis for Regional FinanceSupport balance sheet reviews and related variance analysisDeliver monthly reporting for retail managers and operational functions (Facilities, Security, HR, Communications)



to ensure cost controlAssist during tax auditsActively contribute to statutory financial statements preparation and external audit processesReview accounting data to identify and resolve inaccuracies or discrepanciesPrepare periodic turnover certificatesProduce monthly data submissions for national statistics authoritiesHandle ad hoc financial queries and perform additional analyses as requiredKey RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling within a multinational company or consulting firmMaster’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or FinanceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProven team-working capabilitiesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailProficiency in Excel and BI tools for performance and KPI monitoringSAP knowledge is a plusRetail industry experience is a plusFluent in Italian and English; French is a plusSalary PackageGross Annual Salary: 35.000 (unless otherwise agreed, in the event of a positive outcome of the selection process, should specific levels of experience and autonomy and/or particular competencies emerge during the selection process, based on objective criteria).NCBA (National Collective Bargaining Agreement): D111 PELLI E SUCCEDANEIBonuses and Commissions: Annual Target Premio as per the company-level collective agreement in force, up to 20% of the Gross Annual Salary.Gucci is committed to building a diverse workforce.
