Overview In this role you will drive standardization and optimization of SAP-MES production processes across regions. You will work within Operations ITS EMEA to shape process design, validate scope, and coordinate a global key-user network. You will translate requirements into implementable solutions, ensuring transparent, efficient operations. Responsabilità

- Define detailed process steps and deviations within your area
- Promote standardization and support scope validation across regions/sites
- Identify and propose new opportunities for process standardization
- Coordinate design of new requirements and communicate decisions




- Coordinate and manage the global key-user network
- Serve as primary contact for local key users and manage deliverables (create, validate, test, deploy, train)

Requisiti fondamentali

- Completed university studies in business informatics, business administration, engineering or a comparable field or a completed apprenticeship and relevant professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional SAP-MES experience
- Experience in problem solving with local key users and IT and in analyzing business processes
- Strong elicitation and documentation of business processes and creation of requirement specifications
- Good English communication; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally
