Within the Aircraft BU, the Workshop Manager of the Primary Lines (Part Manufacturing) of the Venegono Plant ensures the planning and achievement of production objectives for the Composites, Sheet Metal, Welding/Tubing, Galvanic, and Mechanical departments.





The role ensures the full efficiency and effectiveness of production processes through the management and coordination of Department Heads and a total workforce of approximately 200 resources.

Main activities:

- Ensure the achievement of production targets (quality, time, and cost KPIs) for the primary lines.
- Coordinate Department Heads and ensure the correct execution of operational activities.
- Plan capacity and workloads to optimize resources.
- Monitor line performance, identify critical issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization.
- Ensure the application of safety, quality, and aeronautical compliance regulations.
- Foster a collaborative environment and professional development of personnel.

Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, and Program Functions for integrated management of production flows.

Requirements

- Laurea STEM (preferibilmente Ing. Meccanica/Aeronautica)
- Esperienza: Expert
- Competenze tecniche trasversali e multidisciplinari sui processi produttivi di fabbricazione parti (Lavorazioni meccaniche, Fabbricazione parti in composito, Trattamenti superficiali, Saldature e Lamierati)
- Capacità nella gestione di grandi gruppi di lavoro e nella guida di personale su più reparti
- Ottime capacità relazionali, comunicative e di leadership
- Orientamento al risultato e gestione delle priorità
- Problem solving e approccio decisionale strutturato
- Visione sistemica e attitudine al miglioramento continuo
- Capacità di lavorare in contesti ad alta complessità tecnica e organizzativa
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office
