Each store is led by a **Committee of Managers** who interpret their role with a strong entrepreneurial spirit: they drive commercial performance, develop and value the team, and transform passion for the product into concrete results, placing the customer at the center of every strategic and operational decision. **For our stores, we are looking for a/an:** ### **CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER** #### **Role Objectives** * Coordinate the team to offer a distinctive customer experience, in line with the Leroy Merlin relationship model, enhancing the skills of collaborators and ensuring quality, effectiveness, and attention to customer needs. * Personalize the service, enhancing customer needs and territorial specificities. * Ensure compliance with procedures, ensuring a fluid and coherent experience in all phases of the customer journey: purchase, payment, and after-sales. * Develop and consolidate relationships with local stakeholders,



contributing to strengthening the communication and presence of the Store in the local context. #### **Ideal Profile:** * Degree and/or Master (preferred) * Managerial experience in the retail sector, large-scale distribution, organized distribution, or structured stores * Strong orientation to data analysis, commercial performance, customer orientation, and customer experience * Passion for home and our products #### **What We Offer:** * National and international managerial growth paths * Continuous training (online HUB + on-the-job training) * For this position, an annual gross salary range between €34,500 and €45,000 is foreseen. The economic proposal will be commensurate with experience, skills, and professional background, in compliance with the classification provided for the role. * Incentive system linked to individual and team performance.
