We are looking for a highly motivated Research Assistant with a strong background in immunological assays, and expertise in experimental animal models to work as part of an enthusiastic and dynamic research team investigating multiple immunological aspects associated to in vivo and ex vivo gene and cell therapies for inherited genetic diseases.Location: Milano, LOM, IT.Main activitiesAssays to investigate antigen (Ag)-specific cellular responses (primary cells from several disease models)Establishment of Ag-specific T cell linesDifferentiation of dendritic cells (DC) and their use for Ag presentation in vitro and in vivo experimentsLV mediated modification of DC, B and T cells for in vitro and in vivo experimentsCytokine quantification (Multiplex assay-Luminex)Determination of Ag-specific antibodies (Abs) titer (ELISA)Basic Molecular biology and biochemistry (PCR, cloning, western blots, enzymatic activity test)Flow cytometry (sample preparation/acquisition/analysis, FACS sorting)Development and optimization of new assaysMouse work (mice handling, in vivo treatments)Training of new lab membersWho we are looking forBiomedical degree or PhD with strong lab experienceHigh accuracy, reliability,
