You will be responsible for a portfolio of internal automation projects,brcollaborating directly with stakeholders across all departments. Your ability to actively listenbrand understand their challenges will be as crucial as your technical skill in developing tools,brintegrating systems, and enhancing daily operations for teams across the company.Key Responsibilities: Design Develop: Architect, develop, and maintain robust automations andbrintegrations, primarily using Python, JavaScript, and SQL. Critical Systems Oversight: Take a leading role in automating processes related to ourbrpayment systems, ensuring the highest standards of reliability, security, andbraccuracy. Internal Consultancy: Act as a primary technical consultant for internal departments.brProactively engage with users to listen, analyze, and map business processes,bridentifying high-impact automation opportunities. Serve as the senior escalation point for complexbrsoftware, hardware, and workflow issues, troubleshooting problems that impactbrbusiness operations. Infrastructure Collaboration: Work alongside remote engineers and local teams tobrmaintain and advance our shared IT infrastructure. Innovation Research: Continuously research, evaluate, and propose newbrautomation tools and technologies to drive efficiency and innovation.RequisitiMust-Have: 5+ years of proven experience in IT automation, systems integration, or a seniorbrscripting-focused role (e.g., DevOps, SRE). Expert proficiency in scripting and development with Python, JavaScript, and SQL. Exceptional interpersonal and active listening skills; a proven ability to understandbrthe "why" behind a request and translate complex non-technical needs into clearbrtechnical specifications. Strong problem-solving abilities and a deep curiosity for understanding howbrcomplex systems function and interact.brFull professional fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken) is essential. Willingness and ability to work 100% on-site at our Genoa office. Excellent English levelNice-to-Have (Highly Valued): Direct experience with financial systems, payment gateways, or high-reliabilitybrtransaction processing environments.
