ppThe Communications Coordinator supports the Communications Director in managing the company’s communications across internal departments, regional teams, PR agencies and content partners. /p pThe role sits within the Marketing team and works closely with Product Marketing, CRM, Content, and Legal. Across all areas, this position requires proactive contribution and independent thinking, not just execution and coordination. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liManage the flow of communications regarding consumer engagement tips between internal departments and with regional teams /li liCoordinate communications with global PR agencies, managing assets and press needs across long lead and short lead product pushes and new launches /li liAct as the daily point of contact with SMN's copywriting agency, coordinating translation, localization and copy requests across markets /li liSupport review and coordination of SMN community /li liPartner with the CRM team to review and approve email communications /li liMaintain an organized shared drive system for brand assets /li liManage coordinate social media channels including Instagram, LinkedIn and others /li liKeep the global marketing calendar updated, contributing opinions and input rather than tracking it passively /li liWork closely with the content team, managing assets according to PR,
