You’ll work closely with our senior project leadership, clients, and contractors to ensure the successful coordination and execution of complex data centre builds. /ppbr/ppbThe Role: /b /ppbr/pulliProvide overarching leadership throughout all project phases, from inception to handover, ensuring alignment with client goals and project objectives /liliOwn and drive the project timeline, utilising advanced project management techniques to ensure timely and on-budget delivery /liliDevelop and implement comprehensive project execution plans (PEPs), encompassing all aspects of project delivery /liliManage the project team and lead performance evaluations of all project participants /liliMentor and develop junior team members to foster a culture of excellence /liliIdentify stakeholders; establish their needs and expectations; and plan and implement strategies to meet their needs /liliTake charge of the financial health of the project by managing budgets, payment applications, and providing strategic recommendations to the Client in terms of value for money /liliServe as the primary point of contact for clients, representing their interests with the Professional Team and Contractors /li /ulpbr/ppbAbout you: /b /ppbr/pulliYou will have already managed medium to large-scale construction projects from conception through to completion /liliStrong leadership skills with experience in guiding and mentoring junior project managers and teams /liliAbility to work in a fast-paced environment,
