Each day, you will provide HR support for Specialtrasfo , part of ABB Group, partnering closely with business leaders and managers to drive organizational effectiveness and ensure sustainable workplace relations. You will represent HR within the business, establishing strong relationships with leaders and employees while supporting the integration and alignment of HR practices with ABB standards. /p pThe work model for the role is: Onsite at Specialtrasfo’s Headquarter in Agrate Brianza /p pThis role is contributing to the success of Specialtrasfo and the Motion High Power Solutions Business Line. /p h3You Will Be Mainly Accountable For /h3 ul liActing as the primary HR partner for the Specialtrasfo organization, ensuring an effective HR contribution and value creation for the business. /li liSupporting the implementation and execution of HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle; from talent acquisition and onboarding to development, performance management, engagement and retention. /li liPartnering with leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives and future organizational needs /li liEstablishing and implementing HR policies,



procedures and governance processes to support the ongoing integration and alignment of Specialtrasfo with ABB HR standards. /li liLeading and facilitating change management initiatives, helping the organization adopt new ways of working and driving a culture of continuous improvement. /li liSupporting the review and definition of the organizational structure in line with the strategic direction of the business. /li liDriving key HR projects, including the implementation of standardized reward and bonus programs and the introduction of time and absence management processes /li liEnsuring compliance with labor legislation, collective bargaining agreement requirements, company policies and all relevant compliance standards. /li liPromoting effective communication, employee engagement and collaboration across the organization. /li liRepresenting HR within the business and building strong, trusted relationships with leaders and employees at all levels. /li liCoaching and supporting leaders in talent management, employee development, performance management and organizational effectiveness initiatives. /li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul li8+ years of experience in HR roles, with strong HR Business Partnering and HR process implementation expertise. /li liProven ability to establish and strengthen HR practices, partnering closely with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness. /li liSolid knowledge of Italian Labor Law, Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA), labor relations,
