Overview

As a Site Supervisor, you will coordinate and manage construction sites to meet timelines, costs, and project specs while enforcing safety and environmental rules. You’ll act as the technical and organizational reference among contractors, workers, and the client, ensuring smooth resource, material, and issue resolution flow. Your role supports project execution on railway-related infrastructure, with travel across Italy. Responsabilità

- Site setup and workflow planning with equipment allocation and reporting
- Supervising personnel and subcontractors to ensure safety and integration
- Ensuring compliance with Safety and Coordination Plan (PSC) and POS, interfacing with Safety Coordinator
- Liaising with Site Manager, monitoring execution per project specs, managing suppliers and subcontractors
- Quality and environmental compliance monitoring across all companies




- Resource and equipment management including materials, human resources, and contractor utilization
- Identifying and addressing technical/operational/logistical issues to prevent delays
- Certification of monthly progress (SAL) and related progress accounting

Requisiti fondamentali

- Proven site supervision experience in signalling, infrastructure, or construction
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08)
- Experience managing contractors and subcontractors
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation and project specifications
- Available for national business travel
