In this role, you will contribute to the Group Shared Services Financial Controlling team, supporting controlling, reporting and stakeholder management for IT project services. You will help manage project procurement-to-pay processes, project accounting and budgeting/forecasting, and ensure compliance with the defined methodology. The position offers hands-on experience in IT project financial planning and cross-functional collaboration within the Group CFO area.

This is an opportunity to grow in a structured finance environment and influence project profitability and governance.

Responsabilità

- Support procurement-to-pay processes for projects: requirements, budget checks, contracts, supplier orders, delivery confirmation and invoice payments
- Assist accounting for project-based revenue and percentage-of-completion where applicable




- Support assessment of yearly budget, forecast and periodic reporting for Group IT projects
- Assist project teams with accounting principles and compliance per the defined methodology and framework

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering
- 3-5 years in Finance Controlling; IT project management and project financial planning experience considered an advantage
- Proficiency in MS xkiyazw Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling)
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organization and time management
- Team-oriented with proactive communication and motivation

- Understanding of procurement-to-pay in a project environment
