Overview In this role you drive the evolution of the Order & Offer Management System (O&OMS;), a mission-critical platform powering the cruise reservation process. You partner with business, IT, and vendors to translate strategic needs into robust product capabilities, enabling B2C/B2B revenue growth and operational excellence. You operate at the intersection of strategy and delivery in a complex, international environment.

You will own priorities, shape requirements, and govern end-to-end delivery to secure quality and impactful business outcomes.

Responsabilità

- Own product priorities for O&OMS; and define requirements across processes, integrations, and releases
- Translate business priorities into actionable functional and technical specifications
- Govern end-to-end delivery lifecycle from discovery to adoption, coordinating internal IT, software factories, and external vendors
- Ensure scalable solutions and alignment with business impact and technology choices




- Lead product discussions in international, complex operating environments
- Collaborate with demand teams and corporate stakeholders to understand commercial and operational priorities

Requisiti fondamentali

- 7-10 years experience as IT Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst on complex platforms
- Ability to connect business impact with technology choices and align with senior stakeholders
- Strong technical background in application lifecycle, system integrations, functional testing, and UAT with hands-on solution validation
- Fluent English in international settings
- Experience with cruise lines, tour operators, airline reservation systems, or O&OMS; platforms is a strong plus
- Strong influencing skills and experience managing external vendors and internal stakeholders
