As a Material Planning Manager you will be in charge in Supply Chain department with:
Location: (Italy- Vado Ligure)
Role Overview:
You will report to the Supply Chain Director and work in a collaborative environment with hundreds of colleagues across Supply Chain, Procurement and Supplier Quality.
Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the Material Planning team, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing and coordinating appropriate action plans in the event of a major crisis.




- Collaborate with Procurement for risk/impact management process including supplier selection, escalation and delivery improvements by preventing crises and enhancing supplier delivery performance.
- Ensuring suppliers can meet Alstom’s needs regarding technical capability and capacity vs. workload.
- Conducting audits to ensure compliance with processes and tools defined by the Central Supply Chain team, including Light and Capacity Assessment, Reporting on SharePoint and appropriated Dashboard.
- Facilitating root cause analyses and implementing sustainable corrective actions (Improvement and Safeguarding Plans).
- Strengthening cooperation between various functions (Purchasing, Quality, Supply Chain) to manage the least performing suppliers (TOP RED and RED).

About You:
