About us

Praesidium is a Luxembourg-regulated alternative investment fund manager (AIFM), specializing in private equity and venture capital, with a focus on the North American market. Our Investor Relations team is looking for an intern to support investor relationship management and business development.

Key responsibilities

- Business development support: contact research, prospecting, updating and enriching the investor database
- Creating and updating corporate and fund-level PowerPoint materials (presentation decks, ad hoc performance reporting)
- Preparing reporting documents for internal and external meetings
- Coordinating with the investment team on investor updates
- Coordinating with the AML/Compliance team on subscription follow-up
- Contributing to the investor newsletter
- Ad hoc reporting for investors
- Various reporting on investors and their profiles and marketing activity tracking




- Supporting the organization and coordination of events (conferences, roadshows)
- Supporting the preparation of the Annual Investor Meeting: presentation and event organization

Primary focus of the role

1. Business development support (contact research and qualification)
2. Updating performance materials and PowerPoint presentations

Preferred qualifications

- Master's student (finance, management, economics or equivalent)
- Excellent command of PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent English and Italian required
- Strong interest in private equity / venture capital
- Prior experience (internship, apprenticeship) in finance or IR is a plus but not required

Duration: 6 months

Start date: November 2026

- Location: Milan, on-site with 1 day/week remote
