ph3Job Summary: /h3pWe are looking for an experienced Licensed Tour Guide Operations Executive to join our team in the Greater Rome Metropolitan Area. /ppThe role combines professional tour guiding with day-to-day tour operations, ensuring our guests receive a smooth, well-organized and high-quality experience from the beginning of the tour until completion. /ppThe ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Rome and Lazio, hold the required Italian tourist guide qualification, and have practical experience coordinating tours, suppliers, transportation and guest services. /ph3Job Responsibilities: /h3ulliLead and conduct professional tours across Rome and Lazio. /liliProvide engaging and accurate information about local history, culture, attractions and destinations. /liliPlan and coordinate daily tours, itineraries, schedules and logistics. /liliCoordinate with hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, attractions, local suppliers and other partners. /liliManage tour bookings, tickets, reservations and operational arrangements. /liliCoordinate drivers, guides and other service providers to ensure smooth tour execution. /liliMonitor tours on the ground and handle any last-minute changes or operational issues.



/liliResolve guest concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently. /liliEnsure all services are delivered according to company standards and agreed itineraries. /liliSupport the development and improvement of new tours, excursions and experiences in Lazio. /liliAssist with supplier sourcing, coordination and service evaluation. /liliMonitor operational costs, timing and service quality. /liliPrepare operational updates and report incidents or issues to management. /liliEnsure all activities comply with applicable Italian tourism regulations. /li /ulh3Job Qualifications: /h3ulliValid Italian Tourist Guide qualification and registration in the relevant national register. /liliProven experience as a professional Tourist Guide in Rome/Lazio. /liliPrevious experience in tour operations, DMC, tour operator or travel agency. /liliStrong knowledge of Rome and Lazio's main attractions, destinations and tourism services. /liliFluent Italian and English. /liliAdditional languages such as Spanish, French, German, Arabic or Chinese are an advantage. /liliDriving license is an advantage. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
