Overview

As an AM1 in PayPal’s SMB team, you own the end-to-end commercial relationship for a portfolio of around 80 higher-value SMB merchants, driving growth, product adoption, and profitability. You collaborate across teams to solve merchant needs and protect margins, using data-driven insights and AI tools. You’ll shape how merchants scale with PayPal, contributing to a mission of empowering small businesses to compete globally.

Responsabilità

- Own end-to-end commercial outcomes for a merchant portfolio

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3+ years experience and Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years experience and Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven track record of owning high-value or strategic customer relationships
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive solutions from data
