Participation in the investment process (including drafting the investment memorandum and reviewing due diligence work performed in various areas: commercial, financial, legal, etc.).
Assistance with the asset monitoring of existing portfolio companies (quarterly valuations, reporting, management of ad-hoc situations, etc).
