In this role you will partner with European leaders to define hiring needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions. You will lead end-to-end processes, from role definition to offer management, while building strong candidate relationships and driving inclusive experiences. You’ll use labour market intelligence to shape sourcing and continuously improve recruitment practices. - Partner with European business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions

Requisiti fondamentali

- Significant experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Ability to act as a trusted talent acquisition partner
- Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capabilities
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics
- Fluent English communication skills
