Overview In this role, you shape and execute Market Access strategies for Italy to ensure timely patient access to in-market products and assets. You will lead health economic evaluations and monitor payer dynamics to safeguard value and pricing. Collaborating with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory and Regional teams, you translate evidence into payer-ready insights.

You will work on pricing, reimbursement dossiers, and regional access, contributing to Italy’s HTA-aligned strategies. This position offers meaningful impact in oncology access within a global healthcare leader.

Responsabilità

- Drive Italian Market Access strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Lead health economic evaluations (CEA, BIA) to support value demonstration and pricing
- Monitor Italian market access landscape to identify risks and opportunities
- Ensure cross-functional alignment with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, and Global teams




- Design and oversee real-world evidence initiatives to support value demonstration in Italy
- Translate evidence into actionable insights for payer discussions and access strategy
- Lead pricing & reimbursement strategies in Italy, coordinating dossiers to AIFA
- Collaborate with Regional Access Team to facilitate regional/local access
- Track evolution of pricing and reimbursement frameworks to adapt strategies

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5–7 years of Market Access experience in pharma
- Experience in oncology, preferably solid tumors
- MSc in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Health Policy, or related field
- Postgraduate qualification in Health Economics / Market Access is a plus
- Proven cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
- Fluency in Italian and advanced proficiency in English
- Solid command of MS Office tools
