Overview In this role, you will design, deploy and manage OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters across cloud and hybrid environments, ensuring high availability and performance. You will diagnose escalated issues, automate workflows, and handle security, backups and platform updates. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable infrastructure for world-class clients. Design, deploy, and manage OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters across cloud and hybrid environments
Ensure high availability and performance of platforms
Automate workflows using GitOps and scripting
Resolve platform and application-level issues
Manage security components including certificates, LDAP, and backups
Perform performance tuning,

Provide 24/7 support for critical incidents

Requisiti fondamentali
~3–6 years of experience in Linux and AIX environments
~ Strong OpenShift and Kubernetes expertise (AKS/GKE a plus)
~ Scripting/programming skills (Java, Python, Bash, Go, YAML)
~ Familiarity with Red Hat tools (Ansible, RH Application Runtimes)
~ DevOps mindset (CI/CD, monitoring, and incident management)
~ Cloud proficiency across AWS, Azure, GCP and hybrid cloud
~ Experience with LDAP integrations, user profiles, keys, and certificates
~ Familiarity with real-time monitoring, alerting, and log/event collection
~ Performance tuning, patching, backup procedures, and network configuration
~ Certifications like Red Hat OpenShift Admin or Kubernetes Admin preferred
