Graphic Designer — Silvia Gnecchi (Milan)

Silvia Gnecchi is a Milan-based Made in Italy accessories and jewelry maison. The brand is worn across some of the most important stores worldwide, worn by many celebrities and personalities.

We're looking for a graphic designer to join us on an ongoing monthly basis, starting with a complete redesign of our packaging system and quickly expanding into renders for our upcoming Miami pop-up and Milan showroom, plus ongoing online and communication design.

Phase 1 — Packaging (urgent)

- Boxes for bags and for clothing (wholesale + e-commerce)
- Two smaller e-commerce-only jewellery boxes (medium for necklaces, small for earrings)
- Dust bags in three sizes (large/bags, medium/necklaces, small/earrings)
- Hang tags: a main tag (logo front, barcode sticker back) and a production/product-info tag
- Branded stickers, tissue paper, envelopes and company letterhead

You'll take our creative direction — we'll share a full moodboard of references — and turn it into production-ready technical files and renders for our Chinese manufacturing partner, who is ready to quote as soon as the files are in. Our supplier's production lead time is 40–60 days, so we need to move fast: we're aiming to have someone selected and briefed within the next few weeks. Phase 2 — Following closely behind

- 3D/architectural renders for our Miami pop-up store
- Renders for our new Milan showroom, built around our brand's evolving lifestyle narrative — Made in Italy,



family heritage, timeless pieces
- Ongoing graphic design for our website, e-commerce and communication materials

What we're looking for

- Strong technical and graphic design background, ideally with packaging development experience (comfortable producing manufacturer-ready technical drawings, not just concepts)
- Comfort with 3D/interior or architectural rendering is a strong plus — packaging and space rendering are different skillsets, and we're open to two complementary profiles if that fits better than one
- Based in or around Milan, available to work with us in person at our Milan office — cadence to be defined together, but expect regular in-person days, not fully remote
- Independent designers, small studios, or strong junior/young professionals all welcome to apply

The collaboration This is an ongoing monthly collaboration, not a one-off project — packaging comes first, but the role is designed to grow quickly into renders and, longer-term, a broader creative role covering social media and digital content for the brand.
