Overview

In this role you drive project delivery for customer initiatives from kick-off to final acceptance. You collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and installation teams to meet cost, schedule, quality, and risk targets. You will engage with customers throughout the lifecycle and coordinate international, cross-functional activities. The position includes international travel and offers a structured path to impact complex industrial projects. You will help shape turnkey lines for disposable hygiene products within a global, innovation-focused group.

Responsabilità

- Manage projects from kick-off to final customer acceptance
- Monitor costs and ensure alignment with budgets
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules
- Assess and mitigate project risks with corrective actions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, procurement, installation, commissioning)
- Serve as primary customer contact on project matters
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and deliverables
- Provide progress updates to stakeholders and customers




- Handle scope changes and assess impacts on costs, timing, and resources
- Support installation, start-up, and commissioning at customer sites
- Lead project review meetings and drive issue resolution
- Close projects with complete documentation and formal acceptance

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Management, or related technical field
- Approximately 5 years of project management experience in industrial machinery, automation, manufacturing, or engineering environments
- Proven track record in managing costs, risks, schedules, and customer relationships
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with negotiation skills
- Professional proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
- Availability to travel internationally up to 30%
