They will serve as a strategic and operational bridge between the Design Team, Merchandising, and technical departments (Pattern Making, Prototyping, Materials Research, Costing, Engineering, and Industrialization). Minimum 6 years of experience in product development, specifically within the Luxury Leather Goods sector
Excellent command of English (mandatory); knowledge of French is a strong plus
Proficiency in Centric PLM and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel
Ability to adapt language when dealing with creative teams versus technical artisans

Proactive mindset to quickly resolve technical issues or supply delays during prototyping
Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks under strict fashion calendar deadlines
Resilience and stress tolerance and flexibility to manage last-minute design changes and revisions
Natural capacity to foster trust and long-term collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
