Stiamo costruendo il team che porterà a Torino uno dei temi più attuali dell'agenda climatica: come rendere la transizione ecologica non solo rapida, ma anche giusta ed equa.
Just in Clime è un progetto di ricerca e innovazione di Horizon Europe che riunisce 16 partner in 13 paesi. GGG è l'unico partner italiano e guida il pilota urbano, lavorando con le comunità per co-costruire indicatori, roadmap e strumenti per una transizione climatica giusta.
È un ruolo trasversale, che unisce project management europeo, ricerca applicata e facilitazione di processi partecipativi sul territorio. Ti occuperai di:
▪️ Contribuire alla mappatura degli stakeholder, all’organizzazione dei cluster di quartiere e alla preparazione e conduzione di workshop partecipativi e laboratori di co-design
▪️ Collaborare alla ricerca sul catalogo di buone pratiche internazionali e all’analisi dei piani climatici di Torino ed Europei.
▪️ Contribuire a contenuti per sito e social, materiali divulgativi ed eventi pubblici.
Cosa cerchiamo: laurea magistrale in ambito politico, sociale, ambientale o urbano; almeno un anno di esperienza in ricerca sul campo o in processi partecipativi, maturata anche attraverso tirocini, assegni o collaborazioni con enti del terzo settore; esperienza in progetti europei costituisce titolo preferenziale; inglese fluente (B2/C1); e una vera passione per la giustizia climatica.

? Green Growth Generation is hiring a Project Officer for the Just in Clime project
We're building the team that will bring to Turin one of the most pressing questions on the climate agenda: how to make the ecological transition not only fast, but also just and fair.
Just in Clime is a Horizon Europe research and innovation project bringing together 16 partners across 13 countries. GGG is the only Italian partner and leads the urban pilot, working with the communities of three Turin neighbourhoods to co-create indicators, roadmaps and tools for a just climate transition.
It's a cross-cutting role that combines European project management, applied research and the facilitation of participatory processes on the ground. You will:
▪️ Contribute to stakeholder mapping, to the setting-up of the neighbourhood clusters, and to the preparation and running of participatory workshops and co-design labs.
▪️ Contribute to the research for the catalogue of international good practices and to the analysis of the climate plans of Turin and other European cities.
▪️ Contribute to content for the website and social media, dissemination materials and public events.
What we're looking for: a Master's degree in political, social, environmental or urban studies; At least one year of experience in field research or participatory processes, which may also have been gained through internships, research grants or collaborations with third-sector organisations; experience in European projects is considered a preferred qualification; fluent English (B2/C1); and a genuine passion for climate justice.
