Enterprise Account Executives are the engine of Trustfull's international growth. This is a net new revenue role with a large enterprise focus and a fully international territory: every market except Italy, Spain and France, which are covered by dedicated teams.

This is white space. You will not inherit a patch — you will decide where Trustfull goes next, build the account map, open the first logos in each market and turn early wins into a repeatable motion. Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, you will have the visibility and the autonomy that comes with owning the company's widest territory.

You will sell a technical, high-stakes product to sophisticated buyers: Heads of Fraud, Chief Risk Officers, Heads of Financial Crime, CISOs and CTOs at banks, fintechs, payment providers and digital platforms. These are consultative, multi-stakeholder deals with real technical evaluation, procurement and security review — and a business case measured in fraud losses avoided, approval rates recovered and manual review cost removed.

In this role you will:

- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the international territory: which markets to prioritise, which segments to attack first, and where to concentrate effort
- Build and execute account plans for named large enterprise accounts, coordinating with solution engineering and marketing to ensure strategic alignment
- Generate a meaningful pipeline through direct prospecting, relevant industry events, partner ecosystems and referrals, alongside inbound or sourced opportunities
- Position Trustfull's value proposition to fraud, risk, compliance stakeholders, and translate signal-level capabilities into a quantified commercial business case
- Own the full cycle: discovery, technical evaluation and POC, security and vendor due diligence, commercial negotiation and close.
- Manage end-to-end cycle of RFQ/RFP

- Negotiate with C-suite executives and procurement to close complex, multi-year agreements
- Act as the voice of the International market internally — feeding competitive, regulatory and product intelligence back to the Chief Sales Officer, Product and Leadership
- Maintain accurate and timely account, pipeline and forecast data in the CRM

Requirements

- 5+ years selling SaaS, API or data/risk solutions to enterprise accounts from a field sales position, with a consistent record of quota attainment
- 5+ years managing longer, multi-stakeholder deal cycles, including self-sourcing a meaningful portion of your own opportunities
- Proven experience selling to C-level
- Experience collaborating with internal teams to run multiple deals in parallel
- Demonstrated success opening and selling into international markets
- Native-level English — this is a hard requirement; you will run the full cycle in English with international enterprise
- Based in Milan, or willing to relocate to Milan before starting

Other qualifications

- Selling experience into financial services or adjacent regulated/high-risk verticals — fintech, banking, payments, lending, crypto, iGaming, e-commerce or insurance
- Working knowledge of the fraud prevention, digital identity, KYC/AML or risk decisioning landscape, and the ability to position against established vendors
- Comfort with technical products: you can hold your own in a conversation about APIs, integration effort, latency, data signals, model performance and explainability

- Ability to build trust quickly with senior stakeholders and to navigate procurement, security, legal and data protection reviews
- Commercial rigour: you build business cases, you forecast honestly, and you qualify out early
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and executive presence in the room and on camera
- Additional languages are a plus
- Comfortable operating in a scale-up: limited playbooks, fast iteration, high ownership

Why this role

- The widest territory in the company, reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer — you shape it rather than inherit it
- A product with a measurable ROI story in a market where fraud losses are growing, not shrinking
- Direct access to founders and product leadership; your market feedback changes the roadmap
- Milan base with global scope — the commercial hub of a European scale-up

Compensation

- Competitive compensation package, with an indicative annual gross salary (RAL) of €70,000-€90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications

Benefits

- Private Health Insurance
- Paid Time Off
- Hybrid work solution (home/office)
- Training & Development
