Documentation Specialist (Decommissioning)

Location: Aprilia, Italy

Contract Length: 12 Months

Salary: Up to €31,197 per annum plus benefits

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised Documentation Specialist to support a pharmaceutical decommissioning project in Aprilia. This role will focus on the effective management, classification, storage, and transfer of GMP-regulated documentation and retained samples, ensuring full compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Index, classify, and organise project documentation in line with established procedures.
- Label, prepare, and archive binders and records for long-term storage.
- Pack and palletise documentation boxes for shipment and secure storage.
- Coordinate the transfer and shipment of documents and retained samples.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates to the Project Coordinator.
- Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with GMP requirements,



company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Support document retrieval, tracking, and audit readiness activities as required.

Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in records management , document control, or archive administration.
- Experience working within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment .
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
