We are looking for a seasoned Recruiter to join our European team in Milan.
As a Senior Recruiter In Arup, You Will
Partner with business leaders across Europe to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions.
Lead end-to-end recruitment projects, from role definition and talent mapping through to offer management.
Develop creative sourcing approaches to attract talent
Use labour market intelligence and recruitment data to guide hiring decisions and shape sourcing strategies.
Champion an inclusive and positive candidate experience that reflects Arup’s values and culture.
Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools and ways of working.




We’re looking for someone passionate about talent acquisition and working in an international environment. :
Significant experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Ability to act as a trusted talent acquisition partner.
Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics.
Fluent English communication skills.
