Your tasks * Technical leader responsible for driving strategic broadband optical communication IC developments from concept through production while providing company-wide technical Leadership * Lead execution of complex multi-disciplinary IC programs * Drive technical decision-making across organizations * Establish program-level technical plans and risk mitigation * Interface with customers, partners and senior management * Align technology strategy with business objectives * Mentor project leaders and senior engineers Who we are looking for * MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering * 15+ years semiconductor development experience * Proven technical leadership of multiple successful products * Broadband optical communication IC development across architecture, design, verification, layout, packaging,
