We are currently looking for a Cafe Manager and Assistant Cafe Manager to take overall responsibility for the successful day-to-day operation of the outlet, ensuring consistently high standards across service, operations, guest experience and team performance.
- Proven managerial experience in customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Food &, Beverage (F&, B) operations.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective management, leadership, and motivational skills.
- Strong financial management acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong team player with a collaborative spirit.
