Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesTender Management
- Monitor public tender opportunities and timelines.
- Review tender notices, specifications, and procurement documentation, identifying requirements, risks, and opportunities.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of technical and commercial tender documentation.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of submissions through cross-functional collaboration.
- Support commercial teams throughout all tender phases.
Pre-Tender Activities
- Support engagement with contracting authorities and procurement stakeholders.
- Contribute to value-based purchasing initiatives, benchmarking activities, and health economics projects.
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and procurement models within the public healthcare sector.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify business opportunities and influence future tender specifications.
Provide insights into market dynamics, competitor activity, and procurement trends.
Pricing & Contract Support
- Support contract renegotiations, price revision requests, and contractual amendments.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives.
