The Opportunity
We are looking for a seasoned Recruiter to join our European team in Milan.
As a Senior Recruiter In Arup, You Will
- Partner with business leaders across Europe to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment projects, from role definition and talent mapping through to offer management.
- Develop creative sourcing approaches to attract talent
- Build long-term candidate relationships.
- Use labour market intelligence and recruitment data to guide hiring decisions and shape sourcing strategies.
- Champion an inclusive and positive candidate experience that reflects Arup’s values and culture.
- Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes,
tools and ways of working.
