Overview In this role you will serve as a field-based disease state expert, enabling strategic scientific dialogue with scientific leaders to support patient care and our oncology portfolio. You will execute Field Medical Engagement Plans and stay current on major studies, clinical data, and pipelines to inform healthcare professionals. You will communicate scientific information in balanced, non-promotional exchanges and share insights to shape trials and TA strategy. This is a cross-functional, collaborative role that ties field activities to broader medical objectives and education.

Act as a field-based disease state expert engaging with Scientific Leaders or Key Decision Makers
Execute Field Medical Engagement Plans aligned with policies and SOPs
Stay up-to-date on major studies, product information, and pipeline data to provide balanced data
Engage with SLs and KDMs to exchange scientific information and capture insights
Present scientific data to individuals and groups




Respond to unsolicited requests with approved materials and proper documentation
Share internal insights to inform trial programs, development plans, and TA strategy
Provide on-label medical insights and training to internal teams
Attend scientific congresses/meetings to assess emerging data for balanced exchange
Requisiti fondamentali
Medical degree preferred; Oncology specialization a big plus
Advanced degree considered with relevant experience
Industry or clinical Oncology experience desirable
Clear and concise communication and social skills; cross-functional collaboration
Experience in management or investigation of clinical trials is desirable
Clinical network experience desirable
Ability to learn and convey medical/scientific information to healthcare professionals and decision-makers
Ability to travel up to 70% of the working week
Fluency in English is a big asset
