Your Responsibilities
Define the embedded software roadmap aligned with company strategy, market trends, and regulatory requirements
Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements, translating insights into new product opportunities
Translate market needs into product requirements and prioritize the software backlog together with R&D; teams
Collaborate with Engineering, Validation, Service, Sales, and Marketing throughout the software lifecycle to optimize cross-functional processes, ensure alignment, and communicate development status, timelines, and releases effectively
Support the creation of technical documentation such as user guides and software manuals, including release notes and knowledge bases
Develop customer-facing material, sales enablement content, and deliver product presentations and training sessions both for sales and customers, when required
Monitor software performance and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvements
Your Qualifications & Skills
Degree in Electronics, Automation,
Software, Industrial or Electrical Engineering
Previous years of professional experience in a technical and customer-facing role
Knowledge of the EV charging industry, EV charging technologies, OCPP, and charging protocols
Familiarity with load and energy management, networking, and cybersecurity concepts
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Excellent knowledge of English, German and/or Italian are a plus
